POST-TENSIONING SYSTEMS
The technique was patented by Eugène Freyssinet in 1928 and has been used on thousands of structures across the world by the STUP, the company created by Eugène Freyssinet in 1943 and which became Freyssinet in 1976. We offer a full range of post-tensioning systems, thus covering the entire market: B range, C range, F range, R range, X range and Freyssibar.
We have over 500,000 square meters of post-tensioned slabs, as well as numerous projects for post-tensioned beams and post-tensioning with Freyssibar bars or any other post-tensioning system.
BEARINGS
Bearings, as a major component of the structures, with a decisive impact on their functioning, have the role of taking over the vertical and horizontal forces from the superstructure and transmitting them to the infrastructure, allowing translation and rotation movements. The choice, installation, monitoring, maintenance and replacement of right bearings requires the attention of a specialist, and our company, as an active player on the construction market, has developed a wide range of devices, thus offering the most suitable solutions to satisfy the needs of our customers.

Freyssinet has been manufacturing and installing expansion joints on road bridges, railway bridges and buildings all over the world for more than 50 years, and in Serbia since 2010. STAY CABLES

Freyssinet has implemented in the region solutions and services that cover all stages: system design, installation, but also maintenance and monitoring of the system.
CONSTRUCTION METHODS
We deliver tailored solutions for:
– incremental launching/pushing concrete or metal bridge decks

ANCHORING SYSTEMS FOR GEOTECHNICAL ENGINEERING
Freyssinet anchoring systems, both temporary and permanent, are used to hold, restrain and support buildings, parkings, tunnels, basements, dams, wind turbines, towers or various civil engineering structures. These anchoring products are engineered systems used to stabilize the soil and/or fix the structures on the ground, allowing the load transfer.

STRUCTURAL STRENGTHENING
Structural strengthening objective is to increase strength of the structure so that it can withstand loads that were not originally intended.

INSPECTION AND MAINTENANCE OF PRESTRESSING TENDONS
For these projects inspections are carried out in order to evaluate the post-tensioned structures, and if the post-tensioning is not satisfactory or if the loads have increased compared to those originally designed, one of the repair and modernization solutions consists in carrying out additional external post-tensioning, a solution that allows the structure to be brought back to the required level of resistance and ensures the increase of the load-bearing capacity.
MAINTENANCE OF CABLE-STAYED STRUCTURES
Due to the vast experience in this field, Freyssinet has developed a wide range of solutions and services for the maintenance and execution of repair works or replacement of stay cables and suspended cables at bridges.
